Our Nursing Specialist is uniquely qualified. While working for TDHS as Case Mix Specialist for Texas she was the architect of Corrective Action, the re-defined Appeal Process, and helped formulate the rules governing Restorative Nursing currently being used by TDHS and HHSC. And, she has 11 years of hands on experience as DON in long term care facilities.

First - every client has increased and/or recovered revenues from our initial reviews. Many have recovered over $100,000.00 in unpaid days, while others have increased receivables $40,000.00 or more from TILE increases. One facility had a total revenue recovery/increase of $380,000.00.
Then – with periodic review of Level Of Care submissions, the maximum TILE reimbursement rates are maintained, AND, these rates are secure when the state does the facility TILE Review.
